Cancellation And Changes Policy
To receive a refund (minus a $75.00 administrative fee), cancellations must be received in writing at least 7 days prior to the CME activity starting date. For cancellations received less than 7 days prior to the program, a $150.00 administrative fee will apply. Individuals who fail to attend the course (no-shows) will not be entitled to any refund.
Charges for returned checks will be the responsibility of the registrant. American Medical Seminars, Inc. assumes no liability beyond the refund of the seminar registration fee. Although it is rarely necessary, American Medical Seminars, Inc. reserves the right to modify speakers and subject matter.
