Upon completion of the course you will receive a certificate for AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ from American Medical Seminars, Inc. provided the course is successfully completed as designed. Please refer to Certification and Accreditation Statements here online. Your CME certificate will generally be mailed within 2 business days of our receipt of your completed Test Answer/Evaluation form.
The certificate will reflect the course title, credits earned, dates of study (upon request) and the date of issue, which will be the date we receive your Test Answer/Evaluation form in our office or postmark date if mailed. Dates of study will only be on your certificate if you report and verify them on your test answer/evaluation form. Testing online gives immediate results with feedback, or you may fax or mail your test answer/evaluation form.

Registration, Documentation & Course Format
Upon registration and fee payment, you will receive a paid invoice, course instructions, and course materials. Each course is based on a lecture and problem-based learning format utilizing cases and/or Q&A sessions, with a focus on practical and clinical medicine. You will be able to follow along in your syllabus, which is included with each course, just as though you were at the live sessions.
Registration fees include course materials consisting of your choice of MP3 and audio CDs a corresponding syllabus, a CME Test, an Answer/Evaluation Form and the AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ Certificate upon successful completion of the course as designed. Immediate Results With Online Testing
You may obtain immediate test results with feedback by completing your test online. Simply click on "Online Testing" in the side menu bar above. We highly recommend that you take your test online as it is the fastest and easiest method available and it provides immediate results. Otherwise, you must return the completed Test Answer/Evaluation form by mail or fax and wait for your results. Upon course completion, you keep the course materials and syllabus.
You must correctly answer at least 70% of the questions to receive credit. We do not maintain copies of your test results, so you will need to keep a copy for your records. Estimated course completion times:

Course Expiration
These CME activities qualify for AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ up to the stated expiration date for each course. Tests received after the stated expiration date can NOT be considered for CME credit. Travel expenses are subject to more restrictive standards regarding deductibility and reimbursement under many plans. Shipping
Courses are usually sent within 24 hours, Monday through Friday, by FedEx® Ground and generally arrive in 3-6 business days. These standard fees are found on the order form and apply to all orders. The daily cut off time for shipping is 12pm Eastern Standard Time. Orders received after the 12pm deadline will be processed the next business day. Courses can be expedited at the request and expense of the participant. Expedite service is an additional $25 for 2-3 Day FedEx® Air, and an additional $30 for Next Day FedEx® Air.
